Rarity Guards are optional protection items. One guard is consumed for each upgrade attempt. They do not affect Orb extraction.
The system uses the base success and break values from the selected rarity stage. If the upgrade fails, the Orb is consumed and the item keeps its current rarity.
Silver, Golden and Diamond Guards add their success bonus and reduce break risk. Demonic Guard guarantees success and removes item break risk for that attempt.
Extracts Orbs from an item with rarity. The extractor has a 50% chance of breaking after a successful extraction.
Extracts Orbs without breaking. Extraction does not require gold and ignores Rarity Guards.
